Summer HAF

Join us for a day of creative family fun as part of this Summer’s HAF programme.

Photowalk

During the day, you will have the opportunity to take part in artistic activities to spark curiosity and creativity.Local photography group Pompey Darkroom will be leading you on a photowalk, inviting you to explore nearby nature and connect with the environment whilst seeing the world through a different lens and developing your photography skills.

Please note, comfortable footwear is advised. There will be a small number of cameras provided, however bringing your own camera or phone if possible.

THINGifications

Back at Aspex Portsmouth, we will be taking inspiration from our summer exhibition CLASSifications and the work of artist Jasleen Kaur. You will be creating bespoke designs, painting your own fabric to infuse it with colour to explore and express your identity. You will be able to turn it into a bandana and take it home with you.

How to book

Paid spaces are also available for families/children not eligible for free school meals. These spaces cost £8 per child. You can book here

HAF is suitable for families with children aged 5–16. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Under 10’s must attend with someone over the age of 18. Please be aware that food orders must be placed in advance and cannot be changed on the day (options listed on the booking page).
