When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order from Aspex within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Goods are shipped via Special Delivery to ensure your purchase gets to you as safely as possible - This service is trackable. Regrettably no delivery service is infallible so delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed but we will keep you updated should there be any unfortunate delays!
Please ensure your details and your delivery address are correct during checkout - Aspex takes no responsibility for incorrect information, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping an order.
Can I cancel an order?
Providing the order hasn’t been dispatched you can cancel your order by emailing us here >> email@example.com
Can I return my item?
Yes of course! We want you to be completely happy with your order so if you're not satisfied please notify us prior to making a return. You have 14 calendar days to return any goods from the date it was received. Goods must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it and in its original packaging. Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
We kindly ask that you cover the cost of returning your unwanted order - Returned goods must be sent with tracking information - Please keep hold of your proof of postage. Aspex will not be responsible for returned goods that do not reach us.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after receiving the returned items. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full product refund to the original method of payment within 28 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Post and packaging costs are non-refundable, except in the event that goods have arrived to you faulty.
