Inclusive Open Mic

Join us for an inclusive and informal open mic, hosted in collaboration with Gig Buddies and Aspex Portsmouth.

Led by local songwriter, musician, and poet Annette Wincott, the event provides a welcoming creative space, particularly supporting and celebrating the talents of people with learning disabilities. Everyone is invited to share, perform, and enjoy an afternoon of creativity.

Free to attend and donations welcome. No booking required.

About Gig Buddies

Gig Buddies Portsmouth is dedicated to friendship, community, and inclusion. The organisation matches adults with a learning disability and/or autism with volunteer buddies to share interests, enjoy social events, and build meaningful connections. By creating opportunities to explore Portsmouth together, Gig Buddies Portsmouth helps participants expand their social circles, boost confidence, and reduce isolation.
